I am so excited to announce that I'm finally writing that book I have always know was waiting to be born from my fingertips. In this memoir/self-help fusion I explore the wounded healer archetype through stories of my past with bouts of alcohol and drug abuse as well as my journey into motherhood and spirituality. My goal is to support the unhealed healer suffering from a painful past explore the deeper meaning in those experiences so they can let go of the pain, find forgiveness, and heal themselves. 

As a long-term non-meditating mediator I spent many years pretending my way through a meditation practice. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 I took a deep dive into the world of meditation and began to study with a teacher to support my growth. The TSD Mindfulness technique, which stands for Tame Soothe Dwell, helps you relieve stress and anxiety and move into perfect relationships in all areas of your life. I will soon be finishing my training with the teaching of a series of 6 sessions to introduce you to TSD Mindfulness. 

 The energetic cleanliness of our spaces is just as important than the physical cleanliness.  There are various reasons why the energy of a home or location can become compromised. No matter the source I can clear the energy using the home's Akashic Records and a special Code of AH to activate your homes highest frequency potential and ward off negative energies from sticking to and affecting your home or your family.

The Akashic Records are a compendium of all  human events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have  occurred in the past, present, or future. I offer insights to past lives that are complimenting or affecting this lifetime. Each healing sessions includes your soul profile to more deeply understand your souls purpose as well as a private Code of AH activation to help integration of the session. 

I have temporarily suspended these sessions to focus on my own healing. 

In depth Tarot and Oracle card readings can give insights to areas you are not seeing clearly in life as well as offer insight about possible futures. 

Due to the restructuring of my life after the COVID-19 pandemic, I am not currently offering card readings. I will circle back to these offerings in years to come. 

Using images embedded with frequencies of sound, color, shapes, words, and intention; I facilitate quantum healing using Codes of AH during these DNA activations.
